Technical Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a detail-orientedTechnical Marketing Specialistto support product development, engineering and operational coordination within the fast-growingbattery and energy storage industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering and sales who enjoys managing technical documentation, supporting product testing, and driving go-to-market readiness across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product specificationsand technical documentation in coordination with engineering teams.
• Interface with engineering fornew product designand updates based on customer needs and industry trends.
• Develop and manageproject schedules and Gantt chartsfor customer deliverables and internal tracking.
• Supportcustomer marketing efforts, including custom product configurations, technical calls, and proposal development.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensureproduct availability, inventory alignment, and order tracking.
• Review and approve Quality Control (QC) Inspection Reportsfor battery products and components.
• Assist inproduct testing, validation, and final QC sign-offbefore market release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 1-5 years of experience in product management, or mechanical engineering—ideally within thebattery, energy storage, electronics, or manufacturing industries.
• Solid understanding of battery systems, components, and B2B product cycles.
• Comfortable working across departments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in battery technologies and/or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards in battery manufacturing (e.g., UL, IEC, ISO).
