Working at Chem Treat, a Veralto company, you can help protect people and the environment by focusing on industrial water treatment. This role is part of the Polymer Team located in Houston and will be remote. You will provide polymer expertise in the Chemical/Refining and Food & Beverage verticals and support field sales representatives across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

• Provide field sales technical assistance and product recommendations, including plant surveys, proposal preparation, sales presentations, and application testing.
• Apply knowledge of polymer chemistry, polymer uses and testing procedures.
• Assist sales representatives in product screening, treatment program selection, application of chosen programs, and troubleshooting to meet customer cost and performance objectives.
• Travel throughout the continental U.S. on an average of three days/two nights per week (~70% of travel).
• Provide field troubleshooting and technical assistance, including problem solving, on‑site training and equipment inspections.

• Bachelor of Arts/Sciences or Master’s degree in biology, chemistry, engineering, or related fields (required).
• Ten+ years of field experience in water and wastewater treatment qualifies as an equivalent to a four‑year degree.
• Five or more years’ experience with a major water treatment company.

The compensation range is $145,000 - $155,000 USD per year, with additional bonuses, commissions, and benefits at the company’s discretion.
