Senior Electrical Engineer:
Energy and Power (Fort Worth) 28586 — Base pay range $/yr - $/yr.

• Lead an electrical engineering team to provide advisory services and engineering design solutions for clients across all market sectors.
• Collaborate with Client Account Managers and sales professionals on pursuits of strategic importance to the firm.
• Mentor and/or manage junior and mid-level electrical engineering staff; work with clients to evaluate energy needs, develop concept-level plans and solutions, and deliver detailed designs through to full execution.
• Participate in strategy formation, business development and sales to expand the energy transition portfolio.
• Provide end-to-end life-cycle services from exploration and development to operation and repowering/retirement.
• Demonstrate broad understanding of power systems and electrical engineering sciences; experience in consulting, design management and project management is highly valued, as is experience in Owner’s Engineer roles, contract management and advisory (technical advisor/due diligence) roles.

• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering or related engineering discipline
• At least 8 years of engineering design and/or consulting experience
• Professional Engineering licensure (any US state), with the ability to obtain licenses in additional states as required for a project
• PE is required for this role
• Proven ability to engage with clients, build relationships and win work, delivering innovative solutions that provide value to both client and provider
• Demonstrated ability to participate in business growth strategy, including exploration and development of new project opportunities and knowledge and application of new and emerging technologies
• Passion for mentoring and developing junior technical staff
• Availability to travel as required to support project needs (typically less than 50%)
• Availability to work at least 2 days per week in the Fort Worth, TX office when not traveling
