What You Will Be Doing:
This position supports the establishment of F-35 Component Depot Repair capabilities and expanding the sustainment network of repair sources. To achieve this objective, the candidate will:
- Manage depot capability activation projects from proposal through completion
- Coordinate and integrate with customer and supplier stakeholders
- Work with cross functional teams to analyze supplier/depot data to develop and execute plans
- Report and manage progress, challenges, and milestone completions for multiple parallel projects
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Baseline, execute, and hold accountability for project schedules to achieve on-time delivery of capabilities Who You Are:

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience/combined education - Background in Military, Defense, or aviation maintenance

- Experience with technical data - Proficient with Microsoft Office products:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams (engineering, logistics, quality).

- Excellent written and oral communication skills; comfortable presenting to internal and external leadership
-Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

- Up to 30 % domestic/international travel required for project milestone execution
Desired

Skills:

- At least 3 years of project management in aerospace/defense - Demonstrated success delivering multi-year, multi-budget contracts (e.g., IDIQ, Cost-Plus-Award-Fee) that include both infrastructure and technical elements - Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent (IPMA Level A/B, DoD PM).
• Earned Value Management (EVM) certification preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher highly desirable.

- Proficient in Tableau; xml coding - Active Secret Security Clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
