You will be the Systems Engineer for the Integration and Test team within Simulation System Test (SST). Our team is responsible for the system integration and verification/validation of software intensive systems. What You Will Be Doing:
As the Systems Engineer you will be responsible for defining verification methods and associated System Integration Lab (SIL) capabilities, as well as creating, maintaining, and executing verification procedures. You will also be reporting test results including status, formal reports, and problem reports. Your responsibilities will include:

• Apply system engineering techniques to impact the direction of products to design, develop, test, and support Shared Simulation Software products for multiple programs. This position will require up to 25% travel depending on final work location. What's In It For You:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related discipline
• Experience integrating and testing hardware and/or software

• Active Secret Clearance will be required to start
Desired

Skills:

• Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) System integration lab.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in Agile team environment

• Experience with tracking tools (JIRA, Git Lab, Git Hub, etc)

• Eggplant, Cucumber or other system test automation tooling

• Experience with Omniview and Mission Planning conops

• Ability to develop and communicate long term hardware integration strategies

• Experience developing BOEs to support proposals

• Technical leadership experience of small teams

• Ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others, engage in constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics

• Security+ Certification

• TS/SCI Clearance will be required for this role (Secret to start with Investigation in last 6 years)

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510.
