Description:

We are Lockheed Martin You will be an Engineering Project Manager on the F-22 Line of Business Engineering (LoBE) team. You will be the Technical Lead of the F-22 Capability Development team. What You Will Be Doing You will be responsible for developing, coordinating planning, organization, control, integration and completion of modernization and sustainment projects for the F-22 program.

- Selected candidate will direct, coordinate, and exercise functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of F-22 engineering projects.

- Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

- Plans and formulates engineering program and organizes project staff according to requirements. Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project.

- Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.

- Coordinates the planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects with internal and external partners and customers.

- Responsible for data analytic efforts and generating program metrics.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher with experience in Engineering, or a related STEM field

- Experience with and strong understanding of project management concepts and techniques

- Experience with EVMS and/or CAM - Final Secret security clearance

- Experience with F-22 Engineering and Sustainment
- Good understanding of LM material acquisition process
- Strong knowledge of F-22 Command Media / Systems Engineering Processes
- CAM training and experience with IFG CAM tools & processes
- Experience effectively communicating status, accomplishments and challenges
- Good understanding of LM contract proposal process
- Demonstrated accountability and proactivity
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Works effectively with minimal guidance
- Well developed soft skills interacting with internal team and customers
- Passion for the F-22 and the warfighter

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
