Description:
The F35 System Design team is looking for a System Design Operations Lead. This role will support the leadership and technical leadership in multiple execution initiatives. They will work in early design to finalize customer requirements and along the System Engineering Vee to ensure customer alignment. The F35 System Design team is responsible for managing systems requirements to derive a systems design and allocate functional, performance, and interface requirements to the components of that design.
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in an engineering, STEM related discipline or equivalent experience
- Requirements Management Experience
- Experience maturing Customer Requirements
Skills:
- Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience
- Weapons or Avionics or Comms experience
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills and strong Interpersonal Skills
- Strong / Demonstrated Systems Engineering skills
- Familiarity with the system engineering best practices
- Experience working on Agile teams and/or projects
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
