What You Will Be Doing

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a full-time Manufacturing Technology Engineer. In this role, you will support the design and implementation of new technologies that facilitate the build of our products.

Responsibilities
  • Research and analyze manufacturing issues, constraints, or cost drivers in current Lockheed Martin Aeronautics manufacturing processes.
  • Perform project management functions (budget and schedule management, status reporting, cost benefit analysis, etc.) for both government‑funded and internally‑funded Manufacturing Technology projects.
  • Provide technical status reporting and troubleshooting to Production Operations build areas for Manufacturing Technology's technical project portfolio.
  • Provide engineering and technical support for projects ranging from manufacturing process development and improvements to manufacturing equipment and system specification, procurement, integration and support.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
