Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience developing and maintaining production plans, manufacturing schedules, FAMSCO, crew plans, and/or Master Schedules in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with creating and maintaining metrics.
• Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Provide direct flight line and operations floor support, including creation of crew plans, burn down charts, and performance metrics to optimize production.
• Learn and apply aerospace Industrial Engineering principles to standardize processes and enable data‑driven decision making.
• Own process improvement efforts, ensuring adoption while demonstrating results.
• Document your work and train stakeholders and peers.

• Experience with Statistical Analysis (Regression Analysis).
• Experience with Database Operations (Data Mining, SQL Statements).
• Ability to work autonomously when provided with work instructions.
• Bachelor's degree in an Industrial Engineering or science related discipline.
• Experience with SAP, SFM and Tableau.
• Experience in the aerospace industry and/or working with Military Partner / Customers.

Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
