Systems Engineer
You will be the Systems Engineer for the Architecture, Design, Integration & Test (ADIT) team. Our team is responsible for performing technical test planning and execution to support the development and integration of complex systems for the F-35 program. We play a critical role in ensuring the successful integration and testing of systems, and our work has a direct impact on the overall performance and reliability of the F-35.
WhatYou Will Be Doing
- Generating test plan and test procedure documentation to ensure thorough testing and validation of systems
- Coordinating test objectives and executing tests across agile development teams
- Developing and maintaining technical expertise in areas such as system integration, testing, and validation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance

Security/Clearance and EligibilityYou will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

- Datalinks experience desired
- Experience in systems engineering development and integration processes
- Familiarity with Mission Systems Integration Labs or Virtual Test Labs (MSIL and VTL)
- Experience with software test design, software debug, lab integration, and test
- Experience with Linux Operating Systems
- Experience with Open System Architecture and Common Systems
- Hardware-in-the-loop Simulation Experience
- Systems Engineering Development and Integration experience
- Demonstrated communication skills, written and oral with senior level management and internal/external customers
- Experience in Mission Systems capabilities within aircraft platform(s)
