Job Description

You will be the Systems Engineer for the Architecture, Design, Integration & Test (ADIT) team. Our team is responsible for performing technical test planning and execution to support the development and integration of complex systems for the F-35 program. We play a critical role in ensuring the successful integration and testing of systems, and our work has a direct impact on the overall performance and reliability of the F-35.

You Will Be Doing

• Generating test plan and test procedure documentation to ensure thorough testing and validation of systems
• Coordinating test objectives and executing tests across agile development teams
• Developing and maintaining technical expertise in areas such as system integration, testing, and validation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance

Security/Clearance and Eligibility

You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

• F35 Program clearances desired
• Datalinks experience desired
• Experience in systems engineering development and integration processes
• Familiarity with Mission Systems Integration Labs or Virtual Test Labs (MSIL and VTL)
• Experience with software test design, software debug, lab integration, and test
• Experience with Linux Operating Systems
• Experience with Open System Architecture and Common Systems
• Hardware-in-the-loop Simulation Experience
• Systems Engineering Development and Integration experience
• Demonstrated communication skills, written and oral with senior level management and internal/external customers
• Experience in Mission Systems capabilities within aircraft platform(s)

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
