Plan, design and oversee the reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures, and other facilities. Gather and review data concerning facility or equipment specifications, company or government restrictions, required completion date, and construction feasibility. Coordinate with architecture/engineering firms to develop design criteria and prepare layout and detail drawings. Prepare bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition. Review and estimate design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.
Inspect or direct the inspection of construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Strong communication of facilities solutions, goals, and schedules to a large number of diverse organizations and multi‑level customers.
- Knowledge of project scheduling.
- Provide strategic and tactical facilities office & laboratory project planning and construction for classified/unclassified programs space.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling.
- Capable of working independently with strong decision‑making and solution‑oriented skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Comfortable developing plans/schedules with unknown variables.
- Knowledge of Maximo, SAP, MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Ability to communicate utilizing different techniques and build strong relationships.
- Knowledge of basic office and laboratory planning, coordination.
- Knowledge of construction processes and compliance codes.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance and Special Program Access.

4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Employee will work on‑site full‑time. This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance and Special Program Access.
