Description
This position supports the F-35 Depot Activations team in requirements development, proposals / Basis of Estimates, and supplier management. Primary duties include:
- Define Statement of Work requirements for both Prime contracts and supplier flow downs
- Develop comprehensive Basis of Estimates and coordinate with supporting functional teams
- Assist the project managers and control account managers in establishing achievable baselines
- Identify, report, manage, and mitigate project risks
- Establish effective tempos for integration with Global Supply Chain and Program Management teams

BasicQualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience/combined education
- Program Management, Contracts, Finance, or Control Account Management familiarity
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products:
Word, Excel, Power Point - Basis of Estimate, Statement of Work, or Proposal Experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
- At least 3 years of experience in aerospace/defense
- Demonstrated success with multi‑year, multi‑budget contracts (e.g., IDIQ, Cost‑Plus‑Award‑Fee) that include both infrastructure and technical elements
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent (IPMA Level A/B, DoD PM). Earned Value Management (EVM) certification preferred. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher highly desirable.
- Proficient in Tableau; xml coding
- Active Secret Security Clearance
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
