We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) as part of the US Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort.

We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell s High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold tilt-rotor. This position is onsite in Fort Worth.

• Develop relationships and collaborate across multiple functions to foster teamwork at a facility level.
• Develop quality inspection plans for all new commercial programs to ensure compliance with quality management system.
• Manage customer related root cause and corrective action (RCCA) activities to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
• Develop training to support global distribution center and MRO locations.
• Ensure Compliance with AS9100 standards and applicable FAA regulations.
• Maintain metric reporting for organizational strategy and objectives.

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Technology, or related field
• Advanced degrees will be considered as additional experience.
• Related degrees with relevant experience will be considered.
• 10+ years’ experience as a Quality Professional in the aerospace and/or automotive industry
• Experience with FAA 14 CFR Part 21 and 145 regulations, preferred
• Excellent communication skills are necessary for interfacing with customers and delivering presentations.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or other Continuous Improvement certification within quality
