Black & Veatch has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager and Technical Advisor position focused on water and wastewater projects and programs across Texas and the central region.

BV’s Water Solutions business works to provide sustainable and innovative solutions, integrated planning, design and construction support for critical facilities. By joining our business, you will provide infrastructure solutions for community benefit on behalf of regulated utilities and government agencies

• Lead major projects or programs from planning through construction. Present updates to external client stakeholders and support decision-making. Provide oversight of the program schedule and budget using Black & Veatch’s internal processes and manage large inter-discipline teams of internal and subconsultant resources.
• Lead a Team that provides technical solutions and differentiation focused on water supply/treatment/distribution, wastewater collection/treatment, biosolids management, recycled water, water quality regulations and utility infrastructure systems.
• Provide recommendations on client’s processes, organization, and readiness to embark on major programs and alternative project delivery.
• Support the team’s use of risk-based assessments to develop and prioritize capital improvement programs.
