Job SummaryXTI Aerospace is seeking an experienced Actuation Integrator to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and seamless integration of actuation systems into our next-generation aircraft, including our flagship Tri Fan 600. Your work will ensure that hydraulic, electric, or electro‑mechanical actuators operate efficiently and reliably, interfacing smoothly with our flight control and overall aircraft systems while meeting strict regulatory and performance standards.

- Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in actuation system integration within the aerospace industry.
- Proven experience integrating actuation systems in aerospace or similarly complex industries.
- Familiarity with hydraulic, electric, or electro‑mechanical actuation systems and flight control interfaces.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with flight control systems or actuation testing procedures.
- Advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
- Prior involvement in certification processes and compliance documentation.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, Solid Works) for geometry preparation and design.
