You will have the opportunity to help us shape the future of our team and capabilities, entrusted with everything from the requirements, design, development, integration, and flight testing. Your technical knowledge of data communications hardware systems, object‑oriented architectures, object‑oriented design, and integrated development environments will be relied on frequently as we solve large complexities using commercial and military systems to reduce cost and maintainability.
Beyondthat, you may also find yourself:
- Frequently interacting with inter‑organizational representatives as well as internal and external customers.
- Involved in integration activities that will include many host systems, such as live assets, ground stations, simulated systems, and laboratory environments.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Familiar with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Familiar with programming languages, software platforms, and environments
- Familiar with standard system design principles, testing diagnosis, test procedures, data transfers, etc.
- Understanding of databases, data formats (JASON, XSD, XML, etc.) and transformation techniques
- Understanding of smart security practices as they relate to all phases of integration & test
- Familiar with version control using Git Lab
- Good documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fluid, dynamic environment
- Ability to continuously learn while influencing integration & test best practices
- Able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Familiar with programming languages of Python, Java, C++
- Ability to manage integration projects which includes timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication
- Understanding of APIs and their connectivity to software systems
- Experience with comms systems/hardware especially legacy systems
- Familiar with VITA 48 specifications for embedded systems (ie. 3
UVPX) - Familiar with networking of comms systems
- Familiar with Docker containers, Kubernetes, Virtual Machines (VMs), etc.
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.
