WSP is seeking a Scheduler to join our Project Controls team.
This role will report to our client’s office in Amarillo, TX 3 days per week.
- Basic understanding of CPM scheduling, Earned Value Management, and Schedule Risk Analysis
- Reviewing contractor schedules for compliance with contract documents
- Tracking and verifying progress against baseline schedules
- Preparing schedule updates, progress narratives, and graphical reports (Gantt charts, histograms)
- Supporting “What-If” and recovery schedule scenarios
- Assisting with Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and claims reviews
- Developing planning schedules and resource/cost loading concepts
- Participating in schedule review meetings and collaborating with project teams
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in construction scheduling or related field office/inspection work (field experience is a major plus)
- Power and Energy experience is required
- Familiarity with any scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Strong Excel skills and ability to prepare clear written reports
- PMP, PSP, or completion of Primavera courses 102/106 is a plus
- Ability to work in the US without sponsorship now or at any point in the future
