- -Provide pre-sales technical support for module selection, system design, and customer inquiries
- -Support post-sales activities including troubleshooting, warranty coordination, and field issue resolution
- -Review project technical requirements and support product application recommendations
- -Coordinate with sales teams, EPCs, and customers throughout the project lifecycle
- -Assist with technical documentation, product training, and certification support
- -Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
- -3+ years of technical experience in solar PV or renewable energy industry
- -Familiarity with solar module technology, system design, and utility-scale applications
- -Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills
- -Experience supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities preferred
