We are supporting a civil engineering opportunity in Dallas-Fort Worth for someone experienced in the design of residential or commercial land development projects.
The position would involve preparing site development plans and calculations, with a focus on grading, stormwater management, drainage, paving and water/wastewater utilities.
Salary: $90,000-$130,000 base, depending on experience.
Job Specifications:
- Produce civil plans and supporting calculations for land development projects.
- Design grading, drainage, detention, paving and utility systems.
- Support permitting and respond to agency comments.
- Coordinate technical work with project managers and other disciplines.
Key Requirements:
- Civil engineering degree and land development design experience.
- Proficiency with Civil 3D.
- Experience preparing grading, drainage and utility plans.
- EIT or PE registration is advantageous.
