About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced EHS Specialist to lead safety and health initiatives across our SPM Oil & Gas campus in Fort Worth, Texas. This role provides EHS oversight for three facilities, including manufacturing, field service operations at customer sites and distribution operations, supporting approximately 600 employees. As the primary EHS professional for the campus, you will partner with leaders to drive a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and reduce risk across a complex industrial environment.

What Will You Do (may include but not limited to):

Lead EHS initiatives across a multi-site campus supporting manufacturing, field service operations, and distribution operations.

Identify workplace hazards and implement programs and controls to reduce risk and improve employee safety.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable OSHA, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct training, audits, inspections, and incident investigations, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Monitor EHS metrics and trends, provide recommendations to leadership, and support achievement of site safety objectives.

Partner with operational leaders to promote employee engagement, accountability, and a proactive safety culture.

Maintain a strong presence on the production floor, in service shops, and warehouse operations to identify risks and support safe work practices.
