Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

Loan Processing & Coordination:

• Drive each file from commitment to closing, coordinating with borrowers, title companies, insurance agents, and attorneys
• Request title commitments and insurance confirmations using internal systems
• Track documents and deadlines in , ensuring all required items are received and verified

Review & Follow Through:

• Review title commitments, HUDs, and insurance policies for accuracy and alignment with loan terms Flag and resolve discrepancies related to names, legal descriptions, amounts, and timelines
• Ensure all borrower, property, and loan information is consistent across documents
• Confirm that files meet all requirements before marking Clear to Close

Communication & Execution

• Maintain professional, timely communication with all closing partners
• Keep internal teams updated on file status, roadblocks, and next steps
• Coordinate delivery of closing documents and confirm borrower review when needed
• Ensure post-closing documents are received and properly stored

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year of loan processing experience, preferably in real estate, mortgage, or private lending
• Organized and dependable, with strong attention to detail
• Proactive communicator who keeps things moving
• Comfortable managing multiple deals and timelines
• Able to follow detailed processes while staying responsive and adaptable
• Familiar with loan processing, escrow, or real estate closings
• Confident using Microsoft Office, One Drive, and task management platforms like
• Experience with hard money or private lending is a plus

• Salary of $50k-$60k based on experience and fit
