Tax Director – High-Net-Worth Clients (Fort Worth, TX)
Salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year + bonus up to 20%
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid (2 days per week in office)

- Oversee tax planning and compliance for HNW individuals, families, and related entities
- Develop sophisticated tax strategies to minimize liabilities and preserve wealth
- Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on estate, gift, and income tax matters
- Mentor and guide junior team members to deliver exceptional client service
- CPA certification required
- 8+ years of tax experience with a focus on HNW clients
- Strong technical knowledge of individual, trust, and estate taxation
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead teams
- Competitive salary $200K–$250K + bonus up to 20%
- Hybrid schedule (2 days in office)
