• 3+ years of experience in accounting or a financial role within banking, financial services, governmental, or similar
• Bachelors in Accounting/Finance or related
• Advanced Excel skills

• Drive the creation of polished financial reports and analyses that guide client decisions
• Elevate deliverables by reviewing analytical work and strengthening the final output
• Lead day‑to‑day communication for assigned accounts and keep projects moving smoothly
• Keep internal systems, documentation, and status updates accurate and up to date
• Spot opportunities to improve workflows and help implement smarter processes
• Support and coach junior analysts to raise the team’s overall performance
• Manage multiple projects with precision, clarity, and strong organizational judgment
