Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year

- Oversee all accounting activities at the Dallas-Fort Worth manufacturing facility
- Lead the month-end close process, including inventory analysis, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting
- Maintain and enhance internal controls in compliance with SOX and corporate policy
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency
- Produce plant-level financial statements and lead monthly financial reviews
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and corporate teams on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Support external audits and manage plant-related audit requests and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with internal deadlines, reconciliation standards, and financial reporting requirements
- Contribute to strategic projects, including systems implementations, process enhancements, and scaling initiatives
- Represent Finance in plant-level discussions, helping resolve complex transactional issues and operational challenges
- Perform additional duties and special projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and/or finance, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and SOX compliance
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to partner effectively with both operations and corporate teams
