We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Tax Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge or experience as a tax professional, but if you don't have any experience, we will still train you. This role is essential for ensuring compliance with tax regulations and providing accurate financial reporting. The Tax Professional will work closely with clients to analyze their financial situations and provide tailored tax solutions.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS JOB IS HYBRID (16 HOURS IN OFFICE WEEKLY REQUIRED)

Responsibilities- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Conduct thorough account analysis to identify tax-saving opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Utilize tax software.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to their tax situations and provide expert advice on financial matters.
- Attend various team meetings, classes, and seminars.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Follow all due diligence procedures.
- Support the sales team by bringing in clientele.
- Support the sales team by providing necessary documentation for client transactions.
- Proven experience in tax preparation and financial accounting preferred, but NOT REQUIRED
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Always have a positive and ready to learn attitude.
