Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the effective management and delivery of financial processes, solutions, and projects.
  • Ensure a focus on quality and risk management while driving continuous process improvement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
    Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business).
  • Minimum 7 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in strategic planning, long‑range planning, annual operating planning (AOP), budgeting, forecasting, rolling forecast processes, financial modeling and scenario analysis, management reporting and business performance analysis, capital planning and investment analysis.
  • Strong FP&A functional background from corporate finance roles (Manager, Senior Manager, or Director level preferred).
  • Consulting or advisory experience implementing FP&A transformations, process improvements, or EPM solutions.
  • Proven track record translating business challenges into improved planning and decision‑making processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities—able to deconstruct complex issues and leverage financial data to drive insights.
  • Experience working with EPM platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, One Stream, Tagetik or similar solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
  • Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
Preferred
  • Industry experience: FP&A, Financial Planning, Strategic Finance, or Corporate Finance roles in operating companies.
