Senior Financial Reporting Analyst
Fort Worth, TX
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong SEC reporting experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review SEC filings including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and related disclosures
- Draft and maintain financial statement footnotes and MD&A
- Research and apply new accounting standards and SEC guidance
- Support quarterly and annual close processes related to external reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during filings and audits
- Assist with technical accounting memos and documentation
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and controls
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 4–7+ years of experience in financial reporting, SEC reporting, or public accounting
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
- Experience preparing or reviewing public company filings
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting tools or ERP systems a plus
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
