This is a strong opportunity for an existing Tax Manager or a Senior Tax Accountant ready to step up.

• Leading complex federal and state tax compliance and planning engagements
• Managing, reviewing and mentoring staff and senior associates
• Building long term client relationships through practical advice and proactive planning
• Coordinating workflow, reviewing returns and maintaining high quality delivery
• Working with leadership on process improvements and service development

• Strong technical skills across individual and business tax compliance and planning
• Experience with in a CPA firm environment, with boutique or mid market exposure a plus
• Clear leadership potential and confidence stepping into a manager role
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sophisticated client work

• A collaborative, growth minded practice that values relationships as much as technical quality
• Exposure to a wide range of complex tax issues and high value clients
