What You'll Do:??
- Lead and manage complex tax compliance and advisory engagements for high net worth individuals, family groups, closely held businesses, and trusts.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships built on communication, trust, and deep technical expertise.
- Oversee the preparation and review of individual, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns.
- Research and analyze intricate federal and multi-state tax issues, delivering proactive tax planning and strategy.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to staff and senior accountants, fostering professional growth and accountability.
- Partner with firm leadership on engagement strategy, workflow, and billing management to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- 4-7+ years of relevant tax experience with High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals.
- Private Equity tax experience also relevant
- Background in public accounting, ideally from a Big 4 or top 30 firm.
- CPA license required
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to develop and mentor junior team members.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Competitive Compensation: $140K - $200K base salary, plus discretionary bonuses and annual raises.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $140,000 to $200,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience. #LI-JP1
