VA Title SpecialistThe VA Title Specialist is responsible for managing key metrics related to a portfolio of properties, delivering title and title curative activities according to investor guidelines. As the Specialist, you will maintain a case for each matter, document the title issue, assess risk, and propose relevant solutions.
Responsibilities- Manage and monitor title delivery according to investor guidelines.
- Research and evaluate findings by attorneys, title companies, or business partners.
- Evaluate title reports and research potential risk of title defect.
- Assist with processing and payment of invoices.
- Monitor progress of any title curative activity and keep management up to date.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
- Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Data, reporting, and analysis aptitude (desired).
- Real estate and mortgage industry experience preferred.
- Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word.

Compensation$45,000 - $66,000
Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location/market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
- Lower in range – building skills and experience in the role.
- Mid‑range – experience and skills align with proficiency in the role.
- Higher in range – experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role.
Some roles may be eligible for performance‑based compensation and/or stock‑based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
