• Perform a wide range of hair therapies for all hair types and textures, following milk + honey protocols, including color, cutting, and blowouts.
• Actively participate in sales and marketing events, campaigns, and assigned tasks to grow business, create repeat guest requests, and meet sales and retail goals.
• Display a professional, positive, energetic, and respectful attitude toward guests and coworkers at all times.

• Stylists work a mixture of AM and PM shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
• 10% commission on sold retail products.
