2‑ a, minimum 4 weekend days a month.

$16+/hourly (base on experience) with incentive and commission.

• Front desk operations, client communications, and community outreach for the first 12 months.
• Lead and motivate the center team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans.
• Analyze market trends and monitor business opportunities.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Upsell products and services and process payments.
• Schedule appointments, answer calls, and manage emails.
• Perform general clerical duties and maintain supplies.
• Represent Orange Twist professionally in all interactions.
• Undergo hands‑on training in Orange Twist treatment protocols and skincare services.

• Currently in an esthetics program or certificate of completion of an esthetics program.
• State Board Certification of Barber and Cosmetology.
• Valid State Esthetician License to practice in the state.
• Valid Laser Certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
