• The ability to perform a wide range of nail care, following milk + honey protocols, including natural and gel manicures/pedicures.
• Obtaining guest health history through the use of guest intake forms and/ or addendums, assessing problems and conditions and consulting with guests on recommended treatments.
• A commitment to participating in assigned tasks that are designed to grow therapist business and create repeat guest requests.

Work Hours

• Nail Technicians work a mixture of AM and PM shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
• CALIFORNIA:
  An average in-service hourly rate ranges between $32-$36, including tips. Out of service rate will be paid out at ($16.78, $17.28).
• ILLINOIS:
  An average hourly rate ranges between $32-$36 an hour.
