Role OverviewThe Clinical Office Administrator plays a central role in ensuring smooth operations by providing administrative support to management, field, and clinical teams within a remote patient monitoring setting. Responsibilities include managing day‑to‑day tasks, coordinating schedules, maintaining patient data, and supporting the development of internal processes to elevate overall patient and client experience.
Responsibilities- Maintain medical records by coordinating required information with clinical and field staff.
- Assist the Compliance Officer with regular audits of patient records.
- Generate reports for the Compliance Officer, Clinical Team, and Management.
- Assist in building and maintaining a functional office environment.
- Handle EMR inquiries and medical record keeping.
- Coordinate between field, clinical, and billing teams to ensure timely revenue‑cycle management.
- Assist with clinical scheduling to meet required timelines.
- Act as the point person in the office for clinical phone calls and visitors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 0‑2 years of experience in product analytics or technical development roles, preferably involving AI or ML.
- Strong foundational understanding of generative AI techniques and tools (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Lang Chain).
- Ability to synthesize insights from varied product‑usage data.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in developing or prototyping AI‑based applications.
- Strong analytical mindset, clear communication, and ability to translate data‑driven insights into actionable recommendations.
- Previous experience with remote patient monitoring and/or telehealth.
- Degrees or certificates in healthcare administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in a medical office setting.
