This member is a female in need of compassionate and attentive caregiving support. She is bed bound and considered a fall risk, so mobility assistance is essential. The caregiver must be comfortable providing full assistance with transfers, repositioning, and fall prevention. Due to her medical conditions, she requires a caregiver who is observant, patient, and experienced in working with individuals who receive dialysis.
The ideal caregiver should be skilled in personal hygiene care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Light housekeeping and meal preparation will be necessary to maintain a clean and safe environment. The member does not smoke and has no pets in the home, creating a calm and allergy-friendly work setting. A warm and reliable caregiver who can provide consistent morning support is essential for this role.
