X-Ray Technologist

Position Overview

We are seeking a X-Ray Technologist to join United Surgical Partners International, Inc in Fort Worth, TX. The role will support diagnostic imaging services with a strong focus on patient care and radiation safety.

• Operate x-ray equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images in orthopedic, pediatric, and abdominal radiology.
• Adjust exposure parameters and apply proper positioning, using immobilization and protective devices as required.
• Set up and prepare medical supplies, instruments, and equipment for each examination.
• Document film exposure details and label film accurately.
• Consult with lead tech and radiologist to ensure quality compliance and radiation safety.
• Process films and maintain a clean, orderly work area.

• Graduate of an accredited Radiological Technology program.
• Minimum 2 years of radiology technician experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role preferred.
• AART Registered and CPR Current.
• Knowledge of local, state, federal, and Joint Commission regulations.
• Independent decision-making, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal.
