PERKS OF WORKING HERE

• General neuro population
  , including:
  Vestibular, concussion, post-stroke, TBI, Parkinson’s, MS, head & neck cancer
• Some spinal cord injury (post-discharge from TIRR or DFW centers)
• No traditional ortho patients
  —ideal for therapists passionate about neuro rehab
• Caseload
  : 8–10 patients/day with 1:1 treatment (no double-booking or dovetailing)
• Treatment sessions
  : 45 minutes for both evals and follow-ups
• Schedule: Choose between:
  5x8s (standard Mon–Fri schedule) or 4x9s + half day on Friday
  - No weekends!
• Willing to train & mentor: Customized to new hire (2-3 months to build a caseload)
• Hospital Paid Loan Forgiveness up to $40,000
• Medical, Dental & Life Insurance
• Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4 weeks +

• Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Texas license or ability to obtain
• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
