The Regional Clinical Training Manager at Orange Twist plays a pivotal dual-role encompassing both clinical training and direct patient care. This individual is responsible for upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence, safety, and patient satisfaction across designated Orange Twist locations. As a leader and mentor, the Regional Clinical Training Manager will coach and develop clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee adverse event responses, and lead educational and training initiatives on aesthetic procedures.

Simultaneously, this role involves performing aesthetic treatments including injectables, lasers, and other non-invasive procedures, ensuring the Trainer remains an expert practitioner while modeling best-in-class care and results.

Schedule:

5 days a week, minimum 4 weekend days a month

Compensation:

$90+/hourly (base on experience and role) with Incentive and Commission

What You Will Do:
  • Training:
    • Provide clinical leadership to ensure that Orange Twist treatments are performed safely, ethically, and in compliance with all medical practices
    • Coaching, training, and mentoring providers and clinical staff. Providing clinical guidance and answering medical questions as they arise
    • Issuing approvals/sign-offs for providers to start performing designated treatments following observation of their demonstrated skill
    • Supporting the development of treatment protocols when needed
    • Ensuring the adherence to all Orange Twist protocols and policies by clinical staff
    • Ensuring patient safety and satisfaction through clinical training and mentoring
    • Supporting adverse event management (including client communication, determining clinical response to adverse events, etc.)
    • Supporting efforts regarding regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, state medical board)
    • Managing regional clinical staff performance, including evaluations, feedback, and corrective action processes
    • Ensuring consistency and quality of treatment outcomes across Orange Twist
    • Facilitating live clinical training and education
      • Teaching injection techniques (e.g., neuromodulators, dermal fillers)
      • Training on all Orange Twist treatment modalities.
      • Training on safety protocols, anatomy, and complication management
      • Providing hands‑on training during workshops or private sessions
  • Aesthetic Provider:
    • Conducting consultations and developing treatment plans
    • Performing Good Faith Exams
    • Administering injectables (Botox, dermal fillers), lasers, microneedling, etc.
    • Documenting treatments and patient progress
    • Educating patients on pre‑ and post‑care
    • Managing any side effects or complications
    • Staying trained and certified on all current treatments and technologies
Qualifications:
  • Valid State license to practice as a Physician Assistant
  • - OR -
  • Valid State license to practice as a Registered Nurse
  • - AND -
  • Valid State license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the State
  • 2+ years in a clinical leadership and/or training role, ideally in a multi‑location practice setting
  • Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, state medical boards) and incident management
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification…
