Do you want to make an impact on the next generation of healthcare professionals?

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant with Medical Coding and Billing experience (or vice versa) to join our instructional team. The ideal candidate is versatile — able to move between Medical Assisting (MA),
Medical Coding and Billing (MCB), and Mod 1 courses.

No teaching experience? No problem — we’ll train you to teach!

Teach core courses in Medical Assisting and Medical Coding & Billing programs.

Deliver engaging lessons in classroom, lab, and online settings.

Use EHR and billing software systems in instruction.

Mentor students to support retention, certification readiness, and externship success.

Create a positive and professional learning environment.

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) — required

3–5 years of combined clinical and/or coding & billing experience

CPR certification — preferred

Knowledge of EHR and billing software systems

Strong communication and mentoring skills

No teaching experience required — we provide training
