About the RoleWork location:
1300 Pennsylvania Ave., Fort Worth, TX 76104.
Hours:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (required)
- Pharm
D (required) - CLIAFER requirement for foreign education equivalency (required)
- Pharmacist license upon hire (required)
- 3 years of hospital experience or residency preferred
- PGY1 residency completion (or equivalence) highly preferred
- Experience working in an inpatient acute care setting highly preferred
- IV certification highly preferred
- Proficient in written and verbal English, computer proficiency, basic math skills (required)
- Communicating effectively, building positive professional relationships and role modeling teamwork
- Timely and accurate support of medication distribution including medication order verification and oversight of pharmacy technician responsibilities
- Provision of clinical pharmacy services for safe and efficient patient care
- Ensuring accuracy of own work and maintaining required competencies and documentation; supporting department’s quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Ongoing professional development and growth
- Managing own time while sharing responsibility for minimizing pharmaceutical costs and discovering process efficiencies
- Respond to medical emergencies per hospital policy as available
- Other duties as assigned
