How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Staff Pharmacist on the Specialty Pharmacy team at Omnicell, you’ll contribute to a community’s well‑being, act as a trusted advisor to patients, and ensure pharmacy operations are efficient, effective, and continually improving while being a part of a global organization dedicated to innovation in medication management.

  • Provide exceptional and personalized patient care and pharmacy consulting services; advise and guide with empathy, confidentiality, and diligence.
  • Build effective relationships with local physicians and medical community to ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medication to patients.
  • Embrace a deep understanding of pharmacy operations and a drive for continual improvement, learning, and leading to provide the best possible patient care and empower the pharmacy team’s development.
  • Stay informed of regulations, retail pharmacy best practices, and knowledge of specialty diseases such as Autoimmune, Oncology, Hepatitis C, HIV, and more.

What You’ll Bring Basic Qualifications
  • Pharm.

    D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
  • Successful completion of Texas state pharmacy board examination
  • Pharmacist license current and in good standing in Texas
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active California and/or Illinois Pharmacist License (RPh) strongly preferred.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • This position is moderately active and requires standing, walking, and other movement for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
  • Ability to see distinctions in colors and shapes.
