Clinical Pharmacist Compensation

· The pay for this position is $60.00 per hour .

· Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment .

· A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

Clinical Pharmacist Highlights

The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST) .

Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical reviews of pharmacotherapy including utilization, compliance, drug interactions, side effects, and administration
• Counsel patients on new and existing drug therapies following evidence-based clinical management models
• Document pharmacotherapy reviews and patient counseling in patient charts
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, caregivers, and internal teams
• Complete REMS training and follow program SOPs
• Provide patient and caregiver education, including subcutaneous injection teaching
• Serve as liaison between patients, clinicians, and pharmacy operations teams
• Process and verify prescriptions accurately and timely
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations
• Monitor adverse events and product quality complaints
• Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with company standards
