Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Master’s Level Psychologist. The Psychologist will provide behavioral management services and administer psychological assessments to clients with intellectual and developmental disability needs. Core responsibilities include IQ and autistic testing, creating personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver.guardian care. The role also involves maintaining accurate and confidential client records and staying updated on best practices and advancements in the field.

• Expertise in Psychology and Psychological Assessment
• Strong knowledge of intellectual assessment techniques
• Understanding of principles of medicine related to behavioral and developmental health
• Professional qualifications such as a Master’s of Psychology or a related field
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Psychological Associate in the state of Texas
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience working with diverse populations and commitment to person‑centered care
• Competency in maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in practice
