Role
Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead, responsible for field-based operational support and site readiness for an upcoming U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based neoantigen therapy for early-stage melanoma. Objectives include educating treatment sites on workflows, ensuring operational capability, and supporting end-to-end product execution post-approval.
Responsibilities- onboarding

- triaging issues
- collaborating cross-functionally
- building relationships with site stakeholders
- leveraging data for operational improvements
- a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of healthcare or life sciences experience
- with knowledge of complex oncology workflows and provider operations
- supporting site activation for advanced therapies like cell or gene therapies
- working within large oncology systems
- navigating multiple stakeholder groups
The position is remote but field-based, covering the Texas geography, with travel approximately 50%.
