Role:
Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL), field-based, focusing on operational support for treatment sites of an upcoming U.S. oncology mRNA-based neoantigen therapy for early-stage melanoma.
Responsibilities
- lead site onboarding
- deliver operational education
- serve as subject matter expert
- triage operational issues
- collaborate with cross-functional oncology teams
- build strong stakeholder relationships
- utilize data to optimize site performance
- Bachelor's degree
- at least 5 years in healthcare or life sciences (e.g., provider operations, account management)
- deep understanding of healthcare ecosystem
- experience with complex oncology workflows or advanced therapies preferred
- stakeholder engagement
- operational problem-solving
- cross-functional collaboration
- excellent communication
focus on oncology, biologics or mRNA therapies, early development/approval phase, with emphasis on site activation, logistics, and operational workflows.
Work Setup:remote, covering PA/NJ, with approximately 50% travel.
