What You'll Do

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll play a vital leadership role in guiding treatment, empowering caregivers, mentoring clinicians, and creating meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain 25 billable hours per week
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Provide ongoing caregiver training and support
  • Collaborate with ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy teams
  • Ensure documentation, compliance, and clinical excellence

Qualifications:

Qualifications
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills
  • Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based clinical practice and continuous professional growth
  • Successful completion of required background checks and OIG/SAM.gov exclusion screenings
