Vigeo Wellness is seeking a Spravato/TMS Coordinator to oversee scheduling, prior authorizations, and patient care for Spravato and TMS treatments in an outpatient setting. This on-site role is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm at our Weatherford location, with a strong emphasis on safety, HIPAA compliance, and coordinated care with psychiatrists and PMHNPs.
You will handle medication ordering, REMS/DEA compliance, chart audits, and assist with consultations while maintaining a supportive therapeutic
