• Exciting Opportunity :
  Step into a key role providing clinical leadership in pharmaceutical care within our dynamic HIV and Hepatitis C programs.
• Patient-Centric :
  Engage directly with patients, seeing 14 patients per day as a mid-level provider during the day shift (Monday to Friday).
• Impactful Work :
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to transition HIV patients from hospital settings to outpatient care.
• Medication Management :
  Develop and optimize pharmacotherapeutic regimens through collaborative practice agreements, performing drug utilization reviews.
• Educator Role :
  Serve as a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents, contributing to their education and training.
• Professional Growth :
  Work closely with the Inpatient Infectious Diseases Clinical Pharmacist to manage medication therapy and minimize polypharmacy in patients.

• Doctorate of Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• 2 years of ASHP residency in HIV.
• 5 years of direct HIV patient care experience.
• Texas State Board of Pharmacy license or eligibility.
• BLS certification.

• Days:
  Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch.
• Onsite position with a meaningful patient load.
