Cook Children’s is seeking a Family Intake Therapist to support intake, family assessments, and therapy across inpatient, PHP, ER, and discharged patients. The roamer role covers IP, PHP, and intake functions as staffing allows.
Responsibilities include crisis intervention, group therapy, and case management, with on-call intake as needed. 20 hours/week, Mon/Tue and alternating midweek, or Thu/Fri and alternating midweek at the Medical Center – Fort Worth.
