Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist

• Full-time position working 40 hours per week
• Day shift hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop appropriate treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to address barriers to discharge including equipment trialing, patient and family training, and home exercise program development
• Manage individual, concurrent, and group treatment sessions based on patient care needs
• Complete medical record documentation including daily notes, goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and discharge documentation
• Ensure care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approval
• Participate in student program as assigned, providing supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations
• Actively pursue professional development through continuing education, self-study, and involvement in professional activities
• Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and all regulatory agency requirements
• BLS Certification required prior to first shift
• Must hold a valid, current State license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience required
• Previous inpatient rehab experience required
